Excellent pizza - I agree with all the awards I saw stuck on the front window. Perfect evening - pizza and dessert at Beard Papas and bars nearby for entertainment. Very charming part of Tracy. The street is lined with mood lights and small business give so much character. In the middle of all the action is this fine establishment with excellent pizza by the slice. When I walked in first thing I noticed was the cassette coffee table. It takes me back to the 80s. You can look at the table and just hear Barbra Streissand's greatest hits and I like it. Order and wait on the luxury leather couch. Its unusually nice. Semi aniline leather if I'm not mistaken. Just sink in and imagine the wonderful tunes of yesteryear. Grab your pizza and enjoy next to your retro 80s ride. Its a modern classic at this point. There's outdoor seating. The pizza is sublime like Barbra Streissand. Nobody can touch her or this pizza. They are both in a league of their own. No exaggeration - come try it yourself.
Happy to be updating my review once again, and for the better. After a bit of a break, we have Hella Pie a try again... and my husband has ordered 3X since. lol Their Pizzas really do stand out compared to anything else you can get in town. They're delicious, fresh, unique and well worth the price point. The service was on point when we went, and my husbands been happy with his experience as he's picked up togo orders since. I don't think I can ever order from a chain pizza joint in town again... Round table, mountain mikes... none of them compare to what you'll get here.

I don't know why this didn't post when I first wrote it but..... HELLA PIE IS THE BEST IN TRACY! I love their crust, their toppings are fresh, and one of the most important things to me is how inviting and friendly their service is. This place is nostalgic and is such a great pizzeria! Whenever my family and I want pizza this is our go to place! Thank you Hella Pie for being awesome!
Hella Pie Pizza is hands down one of my favorite pizza spots! I love that they offer vegan options, which is a big plus for me as a pescatarian who enjoys meat alternatives. My absolute favorite is their white pizza--it's so cheesy and perfectly garlicky, truly a dream for any garlic lover. Great vibe, everyone is super friendly!! And let's talk about their square pizza--it's the best, no contest! The crust is crispy yet soft in all the right ways, and every bite is packed with flavor. Whether you're a classic pizza fan or looking for something unique, Hella Pie Pizza never disappoints. Highly recommend!
Second time stopping by this pizza spot! I've tried the Spice Spice baby and my partner got the Chicken Bacon! I personally love it. It was a big slice and had a decent amount of pepperoni. I would've like for it to have more honey because I do like how it is sweet and savory. (You can also order the hot honey bottle for $25!) As for walk-ins, the wait was not too long. They heat up your pizza so it is crispy and hot to go! I think this spot needs more love and I would definitely recommend this spot to pizza lovers. They have two tables outside and a coach for you to wait inside.

This place lives up to its name for sure. As a millennial who grew up in the 90s and 2000s, the name is definitely appreciated! Now, onto our experience. My wife and I visited in August 2024 on a whim. We were visiting another establishment in Tracy and decided to stop here for lunch. We had tried it once before in Manteca for a pop-up event. This was our first time visiting their location though. The feel of the place is super chill and the decorations are fun to look at. Ordering was very simple and the service we received was great. The pizza is phenomenal. You can order a custom pizza of course, but we opted to order by the slice. I wanted to try more than one, so I ordered a slice of the Sicily style, and a slice of the Spice, Spice Baby. My wife ordered a simple slice of pepperoni. The pizza tasted awesome and my personal favorite was the Sicily style. The crunch was just right. The Spice, Spice Baby was a slice of pepperoni and jalapeños and came with Mikes Hot Honey. It was pretty messy, but tasted great! I also ordered a side of the Delta Dip, a zesty Jalapeño/ciltrano mix. It complimented the pizza very well.
